Fusion Pani Pitha Popsicles
(Odia traditional snack turned into a modern summer treat)
Ingredients
- 1 cup rice flour
- 2 cups water
- ½ cup jaggery
- ¼ cup grated coconut
- Cardamom powder – 1 pinch
- Chopped dry fruits – optional
- Popsicle molds
Instructions
- Heat water in a pan, add jaggery and melt completely.
- Add rice flour slowly and mix until it forms a smooth batter.
- Add grated coconut, cardamom, and dry fruits.
- Pour the batter into popsicle molds.
- Steam for 10 minutes or freeze for 1–2 hours for a cool version.
- Unmold and enjoy a traditional Odia pitha with a modern twist!
